The Clinical Informatics business is looking for a skilled Strategic Partner Service Lead to play an important role in the Advanced Visualization and AI service development journey. You will be responsible for enabling and managing our service partners in the Healthtech Informatics industry, ensuring that our partners are equipped to deliver high-quality IT software solutions and hold them accountable for performance excellence. Your goal is to ensure our innovative solutions reach our customers seamlessly through effective partner collaboration and management. Your role also involves coordinating global service activities, influencing product design for serviceability, and supporting successful product introductions.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment.

Your role:

  • Develop and implement enablement programs for service partners to ensure they are well-equipped to deliver our IT software solutions.
  • Provide training, resources, and support to help partners understand product specifications and best practices.
  • Establish key performance metrics and objectives for service partner activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance, conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with service expectations and quality standards.
  • Ensure that our service partners are aligned with our innovation strategy and can effectively deliver new solutions to our customers.
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to communicate upcoming innovations and assess partner readiness for deployment.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities to enhance service delivery capabilities and expand market reach.
  • Represent service needs in Program Teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure serviceability and readiness.
  • Lead the creation, validation, and distribution of service documentation and tooling.
  • Collect, prioritize, and communicate feedback from early deployments.
  • Contribute to the development of partner governance frameworks and service models. This responsibility is central to the role and requires proactive engagement, governance, and strategic alignment with partners.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Service Innovation Engineer, with a track record in new product introductions for software informatics, preferably in healthcare and cloud environments.
  • You bring strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills in English.
  • You hold a BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Bio-Informatics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • You’re familiar with Healthcare IT, including HL7 and radiology workflows.
  • You’re familiar with ITIL frameworks.
  • You have hands-on experience with Cloud SaaS platforms and IT integration in healthcare environments.
  • You’re a self-starter with integrity, capable of managing multiple NPI projects concurrently.
  • You can simplify complex concepts and drive high-quality service experiences throughout the customer journey.
  • You understand partner ecosystems and service models in similar industries.
  • You have experience engaging with senior partner representatives and holding external parties accountable for deliverables. This responsibility is central to the role and requires proactive engagement, governance, and strategic alignment with partners.

For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
