Purpose of Role

Responsible for driving sales excellence across the region by streamlining communication and optimizing sales processes. This includes acting as a cross-functional gatekeeper for review and sign-off processes, owning key milestones within the commercial operating rhythm, and supporting the sales team with tools and resources.

Your Impact

  • Act as a gatekeeper for the cross-functional approval process for segmentation and protected product access.
  • Manage systematic requests, master data, and XF visibility for updating B2B systems, working closely with sales, merchandising, and business systems.
  • Support in managing key milestones within the sales calendar, updating templates, and managing timelines within the operating rhythm.
  • Support the sales and GTM teams during seasonal sell-in, including managing the online booking system and calendar, outlining booking priority, serving as superuser for showroom sell-in presentations, and providing on-hand support to the sales team during the sell-in period.
  • Own DPC for the region, consolidating images and PDP details for the sales and distributor team.
  • Manage the seasonal sample budget process, tracking all sample orders against the P&L with support from finance, and keeping the sales team informed on key order dates. Work closely with the merchandising ops team for smooth process running.
  • Create seasonal overviews for senior management on budget tracking and KPIs.
  • Serve as the commercial point of contact for master data changes, acting as a link between the commercial, systems, and XF teams to ensure system data is correct and manage changes cross-functionally, including visibility across teams and setting out timeframes.
  • Identify and lead process improvements across sales, setting out any project timelines, changes needed, and communication within the organization.
  • Manage the sales SharePoint hub with key information and resources for the sales team.
  • Serve as sales superuser and point of contact across systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with typically 2 years of related experience, or Master’s degree without experience, or typically 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Self-starter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to set priorities and work effectively under time pressure.
