In this role, we are seeking a GenAI Enablement Lead who would serve as the organization's power user, trainer, and evangelist for all things related to ChatGPT and generative AI. You'll drive adoption, lead hands-on training, support executives 1:1, and design ideation sessions that unlock real business value through AI. This role serves as the primary driver for enabling scalable, responsible, and high-impact use of GenAI tools across Philips, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technology adoption is aligned with business value, compliance, and user needs.

Your role:

Implementation & rollout

  • Be part of the ChatGPT enterprise pilot core team, drive its global rollout and enablement across BUs and functions
  • Be the internal go-to expert ("super user") for ChatGPT and related (e.g., Custom GPTs, GPT action, Codex Advanced Data Analysis).
  • Develop, manage, and maintain a library of Custom GPTs tailored to team or function-specific workflows.
  • Coordinate across IT, legal, compliance, and data privacy teams to meet technical and regulatory requirements.

Training & Enablement

  • Design and deliver training programs tailored to different user personas (e.g., employees, developers, business analysts, executives 1:1 coaching)
  • Create and maintain high-quality enablement materials: quick-start guides, templates, best practice docs, and FAQs.
  • Run "office hours" or drop-in clinics for real-time support.

Change Management & Community Building

  • Drive adoption through communication campaigns, change management activities, and success storytelling.
  • Act as a visible champion for responsible AI use internally
  • Build and nurture a network of GenAI champions and early adopters to support innovation.
  • Track adoption metrics and gather feedback to improve training and support.

Ideation & Workflow Integration

  • Facilitate ideation workshops with teams to uncover high-impact use cases.
  • Help departments integrate ChatGPT into their daily operations (e.g., marketing content drafting, data analysis, customer support automation).
  • Design and run Proof of Concept (PoC) pilots with business stakeholders.

You are fit if:

  • Master-level experience with ChatGPT, including usage of Custom GPTs, code interpreter, plug-ins, and prompt engineering.
  • Outstanding facilitation and teaching skills; ability to tailor communication style for executives, technical teams, and general staff.
  • Demonstrated experience in running workshops, coaching sessions, or tech onboarding at scale.
  • High business acumen: can quickly understand business problems and map them to AI solutions.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with data, IT, HR, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
