Shape the Future of Oral Healthcare as a Consumer Marketing Manager

Your challenge

As Consumer Marketing Manager in the Next Gen Innovation team, you will shape the future of oral healthcare by driving front-end innovation for one of the world’s most trusted brands. You will work on identifying unmet needs, translating insights into compelling value propositions, and creating strategic roadmaps that define the next generation of Sonicare solutions.

This role offers a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on innovation development in a truly international environment. You will help elevate oral care as a central part of daily health and well-being by creating breakthrough concepts that reduce the risk and severity of disease and deliver superior consumer experiences.

You will be part of the Global Power Toothbrush category team, working alongside colleagues with diverse backgrounds across the value chain. Together, you will create and test future solutions that bridge consumer desires, dental professional needs, and business opportunities.

Your role

  • Lead the front-end innovation funnel: identify growth opportunities, scout emerging trends, and translate market, consumer, and professional insights into compelling innovation spaces.
  • Generate and validate consumer insights through qualitative and quantitative research, concept testing, and co-creation with consumers and dental professionals.
  • Develop strong value propositions that resonate with consumers, retailers, and dental professionals, and that differentiate Sonicare in key markets.
  • Shape the long-term innovation roadmap by integrating new concepts into strategic direction for the portfolio.
  • Create business cases and assess the desirability, feasibility, and viability of new ideas, ensuring alignment with Sonicare’s innovation strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, design, strategy, and regional teams to turn early concepts into scalable opportunities.
  • Act as a thought partner within the team, inspiring bold ideas and fostering consumer-centric innovation.
  • Synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations that drive decision-making at senior leadership level.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You hold a university degree or MBA in business, marketing, innovation management, or a related field.
  • You bring 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer marketing, front-end innovation, or product strategy, ideally in a global FMCG or healthcare context.
  • You have proven skills in insights generation, value proposition design, and roadmap development.
  • You combine conceptual thinking with the ability to turn ideas into clear, pragmatic opportunities.
  • You are comfortable leading projects in complex, cross-functional environments and influencing stakeholders across markets and disciplines.
  • You are a structured communicator, skilled at visual storytelling and presenting recommendations with impact.
  • You are entrepreneurial, self-driven, and energized by shaping the future.
  • Fluent in English (written & verbal).
