Women Leadership Program 2025

Event description

We are thrilled to announce this year’s edition of our Women Leadership Program 2025, a unique opportunity to develop your personal leadership style, gain actionable insights, and build a strong network of like-minded women. Designed for aspiring leaders, the program combines McKinsey's Centered Leadership framework with the latest research and practical tools to help you thrive in leadership roles.

The program also incorporates our recent research on The Broken Rung to the program learnings: While much focus has been placed on the glass ceiling, our research reveals that the real challenge begins earlier – at the first promotion to manager, where women are promoted at significantly lower rates than men: for every 100 men, only 81 women are promoted, on average. Combining data-driven strategies with real-life stories, we will offer actionable solutions during the program on how to advance in your career and reach your full potential.

What to expect

Throughout this program, you will hear from inspirational speakers and take part in uplifting workshops and activities. You will also have the opportunity to build and grow your network of current and future leaders. Join us to discover, develop and deploy your personal strengths!

The program will run from November to March, and includes four separate afternoon sessions all of which are hosted in-person in Amsterdam. Note that to join the program, you must be able to attend each event listed below which will take place:

* Session 2: December 4

* Session 3: January 22

* Session 4: February 26

How to apply

We welcome Master students and professionals with up to 4 years of experience after graduation to apply with CV and university transcripts by September 28. Please note that this event is held in Dutch.
