To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a Senior Account Manager with a hunter mindset and a passion for driving new business.

Your mission

You own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – and develop strategic account plans to win high-impact deals. By partnering with marketing, product, and customer success, you ensure a seamless client journey and lasting relationships, while positioning Spacewell as a thought leader in smart workplace and energy solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and engage enterprise prospects, mapping solutions to their real business challenges.
  • Lead and own the end-to-end sales process: demos, proposals, negotiations, closing.
  • Develop and execute business and account plans to achieve and exceed quotas.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Represent Spacewell at client meetings, webinars, and industry events.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.

What we’re looking for

  • 5–8 years of B2B SaaS/enterprise sales success, ideally in PropTech, smart building, or workplace solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and experience with modern sales methodologies (MEDD(P)ICC, SPIN, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Tech-savvy, CRM-fluent, and eager to leverage AI sales tools.
  • Growth mindset, collaborative, and results-driven.
  • Background in business, technology, or facilities/real estate is a plus.
