Account Manager Delvotest

Your key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial and technical point of contact for Delvotest® customers (mainly dairy processors) across Europe
• Develop and deliver compelling product and concept-driven sales pitches, adapted to customer needs and regional regulations
• Build strong relationships with Procurement, Quality, and technical stakeholders at customer sites
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Guide the implementation of Delvotest® solutions, including training, troubleshooting, after-sales service and collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory, Technical Services, and Global Marketing
• Represent Delvotest® at international trade fairs, conferences, and make customer visits requiring travel regularly across Europe (with occasional intercontinental trips)

You bring

• Fluency in English, German, and French. We are looking for someone with a genuine affinity for languages and communication.
• Willingness and excitement to travel frequently, up to 60% of your time.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Food Technology, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in technical sales, key account management, or business development (internships count!)
• Candidates with prior experience in herd management tasks such as feeding, milking, health monitoring, and breeding is highly desirable. This hands-on experience will be a significant advantage in understanding and addressing the needs of our dairy customers.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly
