Join adidas as a Senior Specialist Account Operations

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • To support the Key Account business in order to achieve sales & profitability objectives
  • To support the Senior Manager Account Operations in order to achieve departmental goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and conversion of orderbook – communication of product availability and managing deliveries
  • Communication with the Senior Key Account Managers in order to plan and develop the Key Account Management processes
  • Reviewing customer requirements in consultation with the Senior Key Account Managers and working together to define the respective service level
  • Customer relationship building in order to discuss current topics and gain greater insight into the organisations and business requirements of these customers
  • Internal adidas collaboration (e.g. Supply Chain Mgmt/Distribution Centres) to improve current service levels
  • Providing the Senior Manager Account Operations with support in projects and workshops with a view to achieving departmental goals
  • Working as a key user and/or tester in system- and process-based IT projects, as well as updating and adapting the test scenarios

Key Relationships:

  • Internal Direct Account Team: Sales, Marketing, Finance
  • Internal (adidas): Supply Chain Management, Area Distribution Centres
  • External (Foot Locker Europe): Operations, Planners & Buyers

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong conflict management capabilities and excellent communication skills
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Highly customer-oriented and cost-oriented approach
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Excel) & SAP
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years’ experience of providing customer support in the field of customer service, sales or logistics
