About the role:
We are looking for a talented Account Manager who has a versatile profile, ideally someone who could work different types of customers/channels and drive our sales team’s success. Your role sits within the Benelux team and will report to the Benelux Sales Lead. This team consists of 10 (key) account managers, a D2B portal manager and a sales analyst.
The impact you’ll make:
- Versatile Account Management role working on different customers in different channels in the Benelux. Focus on Loyalty & Incentive business, New Business as in new to be introduced products as well as new channels, as well as some Food customers. Focus will be on defining and executing opportunities with head offices of customers.
- The Account Manager is responsible to define ideas, translate these to operational plan which have to be executed.
- Create an annual strategic account plan and drive the execution and optimization during the year.
- You have the full responsibility for the sales performance of your customer(s).
- Keep track of performance, identifying on top off opportunities and mitigating potential sales gaps.
- Systematically analyses and reports of sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends to make proposals for improvement.
- Negotiating and overseeing development of contracts for compliance, terms and conditions, renewals, and extensions.
- Rally internal stakeholders behind your plans to ensure you achieve your results.

- Experience in Belgium market is a pre.
Qualification & experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a business/commercial related field, e.g. (international) Business studies, commercial economy, etc.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven track record in sales, ideally in consumer electronics or FMCG, including Head Office experience.
- Experience in driving new business.
- Data driven mindset to underpin your decision making and storytelling.
- Advanced to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite; Excel is a requirement.
- Superior written & verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Experience with Belgium customers is a pre.
