Join our Customer Identity practice and lead transformational Customer Identity programs for our clients through your ambition and expertise in Customer Identity at Deloitte.

What impact will you make?

As a Senior Manager in Customer Identity, you lead complex transformation programs aimed at improving customer user experience through first-class customer identity capabilities. You understand the complex challenges our clients face and are able to design and implement forward-thinking solutions through your deep expertise. Additionally, you take a leading role in the continuous development of our Cyber Identity team through business development, coaching, and knowledge sharing.

How do you do this?

  • Shape and develop market propositions related to Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), identifying new opportunities, crafting an effective go-to-market strategy, and proactively connecting with adjacent disciplines within Deloitte;
  • Proactively build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, understand their business challenges, and connect these with CIAM solutions;
  • Provide thought leadership in the field of CIAM, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and design tailored solutions;
  • Lead CIAM advisory and implementation assignments, helping clients realize business benefits through market-leading CIAM technologies;
  • Lead teams to deliver exceptional client service and foster a collaborative environment that inspires creative and innovative solutions;
  • Coach team members on professional skills, customer identity, industry knowledge, commercial development, and strategic thinking.

Be the true you

  • Proven experience in developing commercial propositions and go-to-market strategies, successfully attracting new clients and increasing market share within the CIAM domain.
  • Expertise in analyzing market trends and customer needs to formulate innovative and competitive propositions aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Proven professional experience in CIAM, focusing on customer-centric solutions;
  • Deep knowledge of CIAM concepts (e.g., identity proofing, progressive profiling, authentication) and related processes;
  • Experience with market-leading CIAM solutions such as Okta/Auth0, Ping/ForgeRock, preferably with proven implementation experience;
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, such as GDPR, NIS2, PSD3;
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams, inspire them, and drive commercial success;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds;
