Mission

As Head of Retail Outlets DACH (m/w/d) you contribute to the No Waste remonetization strategy by managing outlet performance in order to reduce FG destructions, specifically but not uniquely by driving the outlet expansion plan. Guarantee the performances of the remonetization, the profit and the protection of our brands by managing excellence in execution that comply with all Group norms and guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic & Economic Management: Drive outlet performance by strategizing contributions, managing P&L, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Promotional Planning: Develop impactful promotional plans aligned with product availability, integrating L’Oréal’s social causes and sustainability initiatives.
  • Retail Performance & Operations: Monitor KPIs, optimize retail operations, and ensure seamless execution of marketing, merchandising, and operational strategies.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory: Oversee supply chain operations, manage inventory efficiently, and ensure alignment with sustainability goals.
  • People Management: Lead, recruit, and develop outlet teams, fostering a high-performing and customer-focused environment.

Your Profile

  • Retail Expertise: 5-10 years of experience in retail, commercial, or marketing roles with a solid understanding of P&L management.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage, upskill, and motivate store managers and teams to achieve excellence.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation capabilities to drive impactful agreements and partnerships.
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on business value and technical feasibility.
  • Language & Mobility: Full English and German proficiency and willingness to travel regularly across DACH regions.
