You will be part of the BENELUX IPRO team (which stands for Innovation & Productivity Realization office), in the Operations department, and will report to the Team lead Activity Management. The IPRO team manages innovations and renovations (and all other product changes) all the way from the ideation and development of our products to the planning and delivery of them on our customer shelves.

In this role you will closely work together with the (Sr.) Project Manager (PMO) and will be responsible for the coordination and on time/in full delivery of the operational inputs of the projects within your categories.

The PMO is in the lead of the full project, manages the multi-disciplinary project team and keeps track of the overall timeline with focus on the development phases. You, as VIE Activity Manager, will be part of the project team and are responsible for the operational timeline and therefore ensure that the new products end up on the retailers’ shelf, on time, within quality and at the lowest cost. Your focus is the implementation and launch phase of the projects.

• You are the Supply Chain expert in cross-functional teams of projects that result in new or changing products and/or packaging
• Act as single point of contact with the factories and the internal Operations department
• Work in cross-functional teams with IPRO PMO, Graphic Chain managers, Marketing, Sales, R&D and Finance and collaborate daily with other Operations teams (Customer Service, Planning, Master Data and Quality)
• Be the local Project Manager for secure and productivity projects
• Create and animate the operational timeline and warn about risks and deviations from the plan; all the way from setting up the Master Data to shipping to our customer warehouses
• Support the development of the innovation forecasts in collaboration with Marketing and Sales as part of the monthly S&OP cycle
• Support the Supply Planning team in all phase-in/phase-outs linked to the activities
• Ensure on-time delivery of all agreed and resourced projects within cost and quality parameters
• Follow up post launch to ensure the possible operational environment for landing in our markets

A propos de vous

• You have obtained a university degree in a relevant field
• Preferably experience in a Supply or Demand Planning role
• Project Management experience and knowledge is highly valued
• Besides strong networking and communication skills you are strong in stakeholder management
• Fluency in English is a must within this position
• You are allowed to work as VIE in the Netherlands
• If, in addition, you have an analytical mindset with an extended knowledge of Excel you might be the person we are looking for!

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?

• V.I.E is a Business France device allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.
• You must be aged between 18 to 28.
• You must have completed national service obligation
• You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area
• You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your VIE.
