About this Position

As Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for deploying and managing the compensation and benefits strategy across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will act as key partner to the HR community and Finance, ensuring alignment with global policies and local requirements.

What you’ll do

Compensation :

  • Analyze market data, support the localization of the global compensation policies for the Netherlands and Belgium
  • Provide guidance on compensation packages for new joiners and internal mobility
  • Prepare and manage salary review process and bonus calculation
  • Support budget simulation (mass payroll, LTI) and liaise with Finance for forecasting

Benefits :

  • Oversee and optimize employee benefits programs (health insurance, pension, car policy...)
  • Coordinate relationships with external providers (insurers, brokers)
  • Support HRBPs and the HR Director with all negotiations and meetings with employee representatives regarding TR topics
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws
  • Monitor and improve internal processes related to Total Rewards

Advisory & collaboration :

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and managers on all C&B topics locally
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with a remote and international team
  • Will to promote comp & ben package internally

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international environment
  • Solid understanding of C&B practices and legal frameworks in Belgium and the Netherlands
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to go straight to the point, to simplify complex topics
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external providers
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, ideally good knowledge of French
