About the role:

Are you eager to explore the world of People & Culture and contribute to projects that shape employee experience from day one?

At our global headquarters in Amsterdam, you’ll join the Reward and Talent Acquisition teams as a People & Culture Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to support key initiatives across two critical areas - helping attract new talent and contributing to projects that define how we structure and grow our teams. You’ll gain exposure to the full employee experience, contribute to meaningful initiatives, and collaborate with passionate colleagues across a dynamic, international environment.

The impact you’ll make:

• Contribute to a seamless hiring experience by coordinating our campus recruitment activities
• Together with the teams work on enhancing our onboarding process
• Assist in developing a well-structured global job catalogue
• Support the creation of a robust and forward-looking skills framework

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Currently studying towards your Masters or Bachelor degree in Human Resources, or a related field
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication and an ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

What we’ll give you in return:

You need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Applicants must be eligible to work in the Netherlands without requiring visa sponsorship. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa support for this internship.
