Our customer is looking to transition from founder led sales to a sales team, they need an experienced SaaS sales professional to make them ready for the next growing phase.
They have a huge product-market fit (the product almost sells itself). This is an incredible opportunity for someone without leadership experience, yet has the talent, drive, and personality to grow into leadership.
Firstly, focus on closing new business yourself (70%), whilst building up a scalable sales machine:
Shift to lead by example towards 50 / 50 by the end of 2025, closing own deals / management tasks.
100% new business, existing business is managed by the CSMs.
80% inbound (trial and demo requests), 20% partners. Would like to include outbound in the future.
ICP: 500 - 2500 employees. Companies that require NIS2 law, where security awareness is mandatory. Non-profit, energy, manufacturing, education, health industries.
Regions: 80% NL, 20% globally
Started closing deals Oct 2024, now on 600k ARR
End of 2025: 1mio ARR Target for end of 2026: 3.5mio ARR
Average deal: 15k ARR
Sales cycle: 3/4 months
Buyer persona: IT manager or CISO
