What you’ll do

  • Install and prepare computers and software for new employees and help provide them with the best experience possible.
  • Support TomTom employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software.
  • Perform user account management (Active Directory).
  • Help internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking system.
  • Align with other Support Engineers throughout different regions within the global team to take part in our global strategy.

What you’ll need

  • Either an EU citizen, or a non-EU student currently enrolled in a degree program in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Programming or a related field.
  • Eligible to start a full-time internship (40 hours per week) for 6 months, starting from September 2025.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Troubleshooting skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
