Program & Project Support Internship – Integrated Warehouse & Distribution

About the Role

Join our Integrated Warehouse & Distribution Transformation Programs team to drive impactful change through effective program management, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and delivering transformation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to support program planning, execution, and communication, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of transformation programs, tracking milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of program objectives.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies and channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Support the creation of program documentation, including progress reports, presentations, and best practices.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and alignment among program teams.
  • Analyze program data to identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Profile Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, structured, and results-oriented, with a passion for driving transformation and innovation.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (MS Office).
  • Affinity with Supply Chain and/or logistics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with communication tools in a corporate environment (like Microsoft Viva Engage) is a plus.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person for 3 days per week.

  • Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
  • Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300 net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255 net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the landlord, and your normal home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) needs to be more than 1.5 hours.
  • Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192 net.
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
  • The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop.
  • Interviews for this position will most likely take place on July 30th and/or July 31st
