Join Our Team as an Accelerate Customer Success Manager

We are looking for an Accelerate Customer Success Manager to join our CSM team! ⭐ This team is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success in the ever changing e-commerce landscape.

What will you do as Accelerate Customer Success Manager?

In this role, you will take commercial ownership of a large portfolio of existing customers. As a strategic enabler, you’ll leverage data, automation, and scalable initiatives to drive value, adoption and engagement for our customers.

There are a variety of key focus areas in this role: identify and act on upsell and growth opportunities through dashboards and reports; monitor health scores, usage metrics, and NPS to identify early signs of churn risk; conduct weekly analysis of customer usage and performance to uncover opportunities for growth or support. 🚀

Working in a fast-paced, innovative scale-up, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally: working with different teams to execute digital engagement initiatives, analyze and monitor performance metrics, and give feedback about product improvements. As an Accelerate Customer Success Manager, you’ll help our customers achieve long-term success by maximizing adoption, satisfaction, and growth through a digital-first approach with a personal touch.

Job Requirements

What makes you the ideal Accelerate Customer Success Manager?

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager,
  • Strong understanding of tech-touch strategies, email automation tools and in-product engagement,
  • Able to identify trends across the base and take proactive steps (e.g. low adoption segments),
  • Can contribute to/own playbooks for adoption, renewal, and expansion at scale,
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce / marketplace industry,
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset,
  • Good communication skills in English,
  • Currently living in the Netherlands.

Nice to have (but not essential)

  • Proficiency in French or German,
  • Familiarity with Hubspot.
