Customer Success Management Analyst at Accenture

Job Description

As a Customer Success Management Analyst, you will be responsible for analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems. Your day-to-day interaction will be with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. You may have limited exposure to clients and/or Accenture management. You will receive moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your own work and may impact the work of others. You will be an individual contributor as part of a team, with a focused scope of work. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.

Qualifications

  • Skills required: Digital Inside Sales, Sales Pursuit Management P4
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • German language proficiency at C1 level

What would you do?

Transform sales to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. The team helps assess, design, build, and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run collaborative sales and support roles. You will create and support sales pursuit plans from qualification to closure in accordance with the Accenture High Performance Selling Approach. This includes creating an effective win strategy and compelling proposals that communicate value propositions and comply with client requirements, facilitating internal approval processes, identifying required compliance activities based on opportunity requirements, and maintaining relevant data and documentation.
