Hunkemöller is looking for a new Wholesale Operational Manager. As the Operational Lead, you are responsible to streamline the daily operations for the wholesale and franchise partners.

YOUR TASKS

You will coach and lead a team of 6 reports to achieve ambitious goals together, while servicing our valued online partners such as Zalando, About You, Boozt, Nordstrom. Besides our online partners you are also in charge of our growing franchise team, ensuring smooth operations from Greece all the way to Saudi Arabia and India. Our third party division (marketplaces, concessions, wholesale, and franchise) is a fast growing division of Hunkemöller and this is an exciting opportunity to revolutionize the ways of working and best practices. The role will be critical to this growing division and aggressive 5 year plans.

The job responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring smooth day to day operations with regards to our partners’ deliveries and needs.
  • Identifying and improving processes to achieve operational excellence.
  • Close cooperation with Logistics and Export teams to achieve SLAs regarding order management.
  • Close cooperation with Finance department to support order to cash process and work on ad-hoc requests such as credit notes.
  • Ensuring SLAs set by customers such as Zalando are met, and reduce any fines or chargebacks.
  • Aligning on all product categories‘ cancellations and changes, supporting on system updates and informing partners pro-actively.
  • Leading and coaching a team of 6 direct reports.

Key Attributes / Skills:

  • +5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in supply chain/operations in a wholesale environment.
  • Experience leading and coaching a young and dynamic team.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP).
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset to push a relatively new department forward.
  • You are service oriented and strive for the best customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure efficient and clear messaging to our partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Skilled in executing manual processes while adapting to evolving business needs.
