Working Student (16 hours) Opportunity: Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Administrator

We are currently seeking a Working Student (16 hours) as RMA Administrator to join our team in Hoofddorp, NL. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Technical Support Specialists, After-Sales Service Team, and Warehouse Staff to gain hands-on experience across our after-sales processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for students who are interested in Warehouse Operations, After-Sales Service, or Technical Product Support and want to develop practical skills in a dynamic, international company.

• Start Date: June or July, 2025
• Duration: Minimum 4 months (2.5~3 days available per week)
• Location: On-site in Hoofddorp, NL

What You’ll Learn and Do

• Get to know our full range of thermal imaging products – from product features and design to maintenance and common technical issues.
• Support the end-to-end after-sales workflow: customer communication, internal coordination, third-party logistics, repair tracking, and warehouse organization.
• Work in a fast-paced environment where you'll develop your analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the RMA email inbox: respond to inquiries, provide basic troubleshooting suggestions, and route cases to the appropriate teams.
• Coordinate the return and exchange process, keeping all parties informed and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Track and update incoming and outgoing RMA stock; assist with regular inventory checks.
• Support warehouse tasks, including helping with packaging, delivery coordination, and pick-ups.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the Technical Support Team as needed.

You’re the ideal candidate if you:

• Are currently enrolled in a Dutch higher education institution during the entire internship period.
• Comfortable with on-site work and occasional physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
• Able to handle repetitive tasks with a strong sense of responsibility and consistency.
• Available for at least 4 months, for 2.5 to 3 working days per week.
• Detail-oriented and reliable with a can-do attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and preferably SAP.
• Are fluent in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
