As a Technical ERP Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and enhancement of our Infor LN Cloud edition ERP system, ensuring maximum availability and high-quality business processes across our global Neways locations. Together with your colleagues, you will also be responsible for the business application management for the global Neways organization. Were you, among others, will work on data transfer between ERP environments, maintenance of roles and authorizations and Master data maintenance.

This is what you bring to the team

  • Professional education (HBO) in IT technology or related field
  • 5+ years of experience (in ERP preferably Infor LN or Baan)
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Analytical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Fluent in English & Dutch (German is a plus)
  • Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn

Your daily responsibilities are

  • Manage and support the day-to-day technical operations of our Infor LN Cloud edition ERP system, ensuring its smooth functioning and high availability.
  • Provide user support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Support project activities such migration from legacy and go-live of new locations
  • Manage, scheduling and monitoring jobs
  • Troubleshoot incidents and system errors, utilizing your analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Deploy ERP software updates, extensions and ensure proper maintenance of roles, authorizations, and master data.
  • Collaborate closely with process specialists and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement necessary changes and improvements.
  • Utilize ticketing systems to track and manage progress on tasks and issues.
