Working Student / Starter in Content & AI Marketing

What will you be doing?

• Craft newsletters & mailings: translate our content into smart email campaigns for professionals in HR, recruitment, and labor market communication.

• Create content: for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok – from vlogs and reels to photos and articles and everything in between.

• Switch between three brands: Intelligence Group (data & tech), Werf& (news & events), and the Academie voor Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie (training & education).

• More: because you quickly prove yourself as a positively critical jack-of-all-trades, you take on more and more tasks that keep you developing yourself.

• HBO+ working & thinking level. You are able to distinguish the big picture from the details and adapt quickly to different target groups. You pick things up quickly, one explanation is enough for you, and you ask smart questions.

• People who thrive here are curious, independent and like a bit of organized chaos.

• Creative with content; both visually and in writing.

• AI-minded: you know how (or want to learn how) to use smart tools to work more efficiently.

• Fluent in Dutch and English. We work internationally and bilingual.

• Bonus points if you’re interested in data and storytelling.

• Based in or near Rotterdam, and happy to come to the office around two days a week.
