The Role As Operations Manager, you are responsible for a specific part of our operation – for example, the entire inbound or outbound process. Your goal? To maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the best possible customer experience.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing 7–9 team managers, with a total of around 250 employees
  • Recruiting and guiding your team members while supporting their professional development.
  • Creating a positive and collaborative work environment with your engagement and enthusiasm. Your leadership ensures that employees perform at their best and customers receive their orders on time.
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient team operations through strong leadership.
  • Continuously monitoring KPIs and DC costs, and implementing measures to improve them.
  • Developing concepts and strategies in consultation with senior management to support our growth goals.
  • Coordinating with internal departments (e.g., Transport, Planning, IT) and serving as the primary point of contact for colleagues at our international HQ in Neckarsulm, Germany.
  • Reporting directly to the Site Manager.

Wie ben jij?

  • You have at least a completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, e.g., in Business Administration or a related field.
  • You have a professional presence and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • You have experience in a complex logistics environment, a strong hands-on mentality, and the flexibility to adapt as we grow.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing large teams.
  • Familiarity with SAP (EWM) and/or other logistics IT systems.
  • You thrive in the dynamic world of e-commerce logistics and make a visible contribution to achieving top performance.
  • You are fluent in English and/or German.
