Are you a talented DevOps engineer with a passion for risk and security? Do you have experience with maintaining and developing the SecOps and/or GRC modules in ServiceNow? Are you comfortable dealing with a great variety of stakeholders and opinions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

What you are going to do

Within the ServiceNow Platform you will support and develop on the products 'Security Operations' and 'Governance, Risk & Compliance' and enable DevOps and Security teams within the entire Group to have one-stop-shop for security, vulnerability and risk and compliance.

You will build and manage functionality on the platform that makes it easier to expose and consume security, risk and compliance services. Hence you are a critical linking pin between services provided by other security teams in our department and a great variety of IT teams throughout all our business lines. And you will be managing the surrounding ecosystem beyond ServiceNow, with various integrations and dependencies.

• Salary between €4,547 and €6,496 (based on a 40 hour workweek) depending on your knowledge and experience. It is also possible to work 36 or 38 hours per week

Who you are

• You seek understanding in what drives others, are comfortable receiving and providing feedback and you think in solutions
• You are a good communicator, and cooperative in and outside the team
• Able to teach/coach other team members in their development
• You are curious and possess good conceptual thinking skills
• Technically, you have:
  • A track record of 3+ years in ServiceNow & Certified System Administrator
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript
  • Experience building, testing and maintaining apps and integrations
  • ServiceNow SecOps and/or GRC experience
  • Security and risk management (domain knowledge)

Who you will work with

You will join the Security DevOps team consisting of six young and eager professionals, each with technical or functional expertise, and always seeking the latest developments. You will be responsible for the technology behind our ServiceNow GRC and ServiceNow SecOps (VR/SIR) modules, and collaborate with your functional colleagues while presenting the results to your immediate environment and/or (future) users. This is crucial because the success of your product depends on successful promotion and actual usage by your colleagues. You will not be confined to your own ServiceNow bubble; your team operates on the ServiceNow platform and works closely with other technical engineers, exchanging a lot of knowledge. So basically you will be all over the company with a lot autonomy.
