As Marketing Operations Manager at Versuni, you’ll be the operational backbone of our global marketing team—ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time. You’ll lead the charge in aligning global and local marketing efforts, managing our annual marketing calendar, and optimizing processes that empower our teams to deliver exceptional campaigns. By driving operational excellence, this role ensures the marketing function globally operates as a cohesive, high-performing team capable of delivering impactful campaigns that meet both global objectives and local market needs. The impact you’ll make:
- Drive marketing operations by creating and maintaining a centralized annual marketing calendar that ensures timely planning, communication, and execution of campaigns across global and local teams
- Foster collaboration and stakeholder relationships by proactively managing stakeholders and resolving conflicts to keep projects moving forward
- Operational Coordination: Oversee resources, timelines and priorities to ensure smooth, on- time, and on-budget delivery of marketing initiatives. Increase efficiencies by reducing bottlenecks and duplications of activities, whilst driving consistency of outputs
- Streamline execution by overseeing resources, workflows, timelines, and priorities to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and within budget
- Boost efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices that reduce bottlenecks and duplication
- Strengthen global-local synergy by building strong relationships across markets and ensuring consistent, aligned marketing efforts worldwide
- Enhance production operations by supporting the operational functioning management of our global agency roster and optimizing content production workflows for greater impact and efficiency
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations/ project management (agency or client side)
- Agency-side account/ project management experience – with a deep understanding of TTL content production (with a view on how to drive operational efficiencies)
- Demonstrated expertise in managing workflows and coordinating across global and regional marketing teams
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on operational efficiency and delivery
- Excellent communication and co-ordination skills across diverse teams
- Ability to manage conflict & engage stakeholders to find resolution
- Proactive nature, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
