Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

As our new Membership Operations Manager, you’ll be the mastermind behind smoother systems, smarter training, and top-tier member experiences across our membership products, coworking spaces, gyms, lounges, and meeting & event areas. From our Amsterdam Support Hub, you’ll work at the heart of our Membership team - collaborating with central Operations, L&D, and Technology teams and across our Europe Hubs to build better ways of working and drive performance to the next level. If you’re ready to make a global impact and thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and ever-evolving environment - we’re ready for you.

In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design and execution of global operations strategy, always keeping member satisfaction front and center
  • Monitor performance across locations, identifying opportunities for improvement and turning data into action
  • Act as the go-to ops expert for our Hubs and senior leadership team
  • Collaborate with local teams and HQ to solve problems, implement solutions, and drive consistency
  • Elevate our service quality through regular audits, clear documentation, and knowledge sharing
  • Partner with L&D to develop and deliver training that’s practical, effective, and aligned with our goals
  • Streamline and automate processes to boost efficiency, scalability, and the member journey
  • Oversee budgeting and cost management

What You’ll Have

  • 10+ years of operations experience in coworking, hospitality, or events—preferably across multiple locations
  • A track record of success in global and multicultural environments
  • Sharp analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with a love for process improvement
  • Confident working with KPIs, budgets, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong communication skills and a people-first approach to leadership
  • A passion for innovation, service quality, and member happiness

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company. Not just another hotel - we’re a game changing innovator, challenging every convention and defining the future
  • The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change
  • The chance to learn and grow in your role with the potential for future growth
  • Awesome discounts in all our properties in Europe and not just for you, but also for your friends and family!
  • A wonderful workplace to call home, full of events, fun colleagues and all the other amazing salary/benefits stuff

Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.

The Social Hub is much more than a hotel. In our boundary-blurring spaces we bring together a new generation of bold change-makers to connect, learn, stay, work, and play. Creating memorable experiences for our community of hotel guests, students, creatives, enterprising minds and anyone in between.
