Business Development Manager (Dutch speaking)

What’s it’s like to be a Business Development Manager at Alleo?

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the full cycle sales process, from creating opportunities to closing new business.
• Being in the lead during the whole process, building relationships both externally as sharing valuable insights and feedback with internal departments.
• Structuring your work using a full set of tools (a.o. Hubspot, Apollo, LinkedIn) and content that we are offering and will help you in doing so.
• Community building, acquiring market intelligence and acting as the thought leader for your dedicated segment in the NL market.

Who are we looking for?
You have:

• Around 3-4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Medior level)
• Ideally an Interesting network within either finance or HR;
• Experience with working in a B2B, fast-paced, consultative selling environment;
• Strong networking skills and capable of influencing at senior level;
• Great presentation skills, you have the right combination of being persuasive and enthusiastic;
• An entrepreneurial and growth mindset, you are able to take ownership of your targets, tasks and role;
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Native Dutch language skills

• A salary of 70,000-80,000 OTE
• This is including revenue-based bonuses
