About the job

As our Digital Marketer you’ll take full ownership of executing our digital strategy. The Marketing team at Equalture is small, so you’ll be in charge of the website, you’ll be the mastermind behind our LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, and you’ll manage everything in-house; from campaign setup to performance reporting. That includes conversion tracking, dashboards, A/B testing, and optimizing every touchpoint. In a nutshell: you’re the expert, and we’ll give you the space and trust to build and run the show. Your role will entail the following topics:

  • Strategy & Campaigns (specifically LinkedIn and Google Ads)
  • Content & Thought Leadership in our field of expertise
  • SEO & Website Management
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Email Marketing & Automation
  • (Paid) Advertising
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Market & Industry Awareness

You’ll collaborate with teams across the company, including sales, product, and content, to bring our story to life and generate real demand. You’ll report to Julie, our Head of CS & Growth, and work alongside teams who believe in doing things differently — and doing them right.

These are things you will be doing on a regular day:

  • Setting up and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn Ads;
  • Designing and implementing A/B tests for both ads and landing pages;
  • Managing conversion tracking via GTM, GA4, and possibly server-side tagging;
  • Analysing results and continuously improving campaign performance — from first click to closed deal;
  • Sharing actionable insights with our team to inform strategy and drive smarter decisions;
  • Create content and ads that attract leads;
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success (CS) Teams to gain insights about our target audience and ideal customer profile.

About you

This role is perfect for you if you’re excited to take ownership, work autonomously, and use your skills to build something meaningful. You know your way around paid campaigns and tracking, and love making data work for you. You’re passionate about growth, curious by nature, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • You have a curious and proactive mindset;
  • You have hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and can manage campaigns from start to finish;
  • You’re comfortable setting up conversion tracking, UTM structures, and attribution models, no external help needed;
  • You’re skilled in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and dashboard tools like Looker Studio and HubSpot;
  • You have a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills;
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English (C2 level or native).
