Do you have a flair for recruitment marketing and love attracting top talent? We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team and help us build an exceptional workforce!
You will use your agency recruitment experience to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates across a variety of roles within our Benelux organization. In this role, you will be partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, company culture, and team dynamics to find the perfect candidates for us to hire. You know how to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for candidates from initial contact to final offer, and you know how to keep engaging your key stakeholders by keeping them involved and up to date about your running campaigns and the recruiting pipelines. Using recruitment metrics and analytics to drive improvements in the recruitment process is what we need to do more, to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. That's where you also can help refining and enhancing our recruitment strategies, sharing insights on market trends, and contributing fresh ideas to enhance the overall hiring process.
As part of the international (Benelux) team, you will work on innovative campaigns, social media outreach, and employer branding initiatives to make MediaMarkt Benelux stand out in a competitive market.
