Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! You’ll be responsible for growing the Marveltest team and ensuring people know how fun it is to work for our team!

You are all about connecting, analysing and planning 📈!

As a recruiter, you are an essential part of helping Marveltest grow. We need someone who finds and recruits the right people to support our clients and make all our dreams come true! You will be responsible for the following:

• Actively seeking new talents
• Having introduction conversations with potential new hires and explaining to them all about Marveltest
• Optimising the recruitment process
• Planning conversations with different team members
• Creating catchy vacancies based on the needs of Marveltest
• Create an on-point employer branding
• Making sure that the onboarding programme is ready for the new hire
• Keep everyone in our team happy and our office a great place to work!

What is expected from me? 💼

• You have at least a bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Business Administration, HRM, hospitality, Psychology)
• You are a good communicator and know how to connect with people
• Having experience with recruitment/sales is a ‘nice to have’.
• You speak fluently English and Dutch
• You are a structured person that likes to multitask
