What are you going to do?

As a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant at Quatronic, you are responsible for generating insights from customer application data and creating impactful data solutions. Your work will include:

• Building and maintaining ETL pipelines in Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, or similar platforms. Knowledge of Python, Spark (PySpark), medallion architecture, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing is a plus.
• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards. Knowledge of DAX is a plus.
• Designing and implementing predictive models for use in reporting or custom applications. Familiarity with various neural network architectures or other predictive techniques is a plus.

You are expected to have expertise in at least one of these areas, with an interest and affinity for all of them.

You will typically work with a team of internal colleagues on one or two projects simultaneously, taking the lead role. This involves frequent contact with customers, discussing their requirements, monitoring project progress and timelines, and conducting midterm evaluations.

From Monday to Thursday, all Quatronic consultants work directly with clients on their respective projects. Fridays are dedicated to internal work at Quatronic, which may include personal development, knowledge sharing, developing new propositions for clients, organizing events, or supporting recruitment activities.

You will be part of the Data & Analytics team, which consists of several part-time and full-time Data & Analytics Consultants, as well as one of Quatronic’s partners.

Requirements

• Completed master’s degree in Econometrics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in one or more of the areas described above
• Experience in business consultancy and/or data consultancy is a plus
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, driven, and results-oriented
