You and your job

For this new team we are looking for a Medior BCM expert to join the new CITO BCM team. CITO BCM will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective Business Continuity Management within CITO departments and guide the strengthening and maturity of the CITO organizational resilience.

• Create and execute BCM champion training, exercises, and awareness programs across the domain.
• Responsible for creating guidance for the organization on executing Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) tests.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration of BCM plans.
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate the status and quality of BCM and IT DR plans and provide necessary feedback.
• You’ll stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to business continuity and disaster recovery.

You and your talent

Customer focus, critical thinking, clear communication, interpersonal skills are clearly essential for this role.

In addition, it's important that you recognize everything in the checklist below:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity management, disaster recovery, or a related field.
• Professional certification in BCM (e.g., CBCP, MBCI) or willingness to acquire certification within 12 months.
• Profound analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Profound communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in risk management software (Archer) and relevant tools (Power BI, MS Office).
• You have a strong personal integrity and know how to work with classified information within the bank, but also in trusted communities.

This role requires Medior BCM expertise.
