What you'll do:

• Drive technology implementations across multiple industries including Financial Services, Resources, Products, Communications, Media & Technology, and Health & Public Services.
• Lead and support project management activities using PMO best practices to ensure successful delivery of complex technology initiatives.
• Contribute to industry-specific AI and digital transformation solutions that address unique sector challenges and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and ensure quality deliverables through structured project management methodologies.
• Develop your expertise in industry-specific technologies, compliance frameworks, and sector regulations while building consulting and PMO skills.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience: Ambitious starter with 0-2 years of experience ready to launch your industry technology consulting career.
• Skills: Strong PMO and project management skills, exceptional written and spoken skills in Dutch and English, and eagerness to learn industry-specific technologies and processes.
• Mindset: A proactive and adaptable thinker who excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoys managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Bonus points for:

• Certifications: Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum), or industry-specific knowledge.
• Experience: Academic projects or internships involving project coordination, stakeholder management, or industry research. For example: an internship within Healthcare of Public Services.
• Passion: Interest in specific industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, Media, or Public Sector transformation.
