Description of assignment

We have many sub-systems, processes and tools that are acting as pockets of excellence. To support growth, effectiveness and predictability, we need to integrate these systems to enable effective cross-functional enterprise wide working. The impact not having these pockets of excellence integrated is limiting our learning capability and causing defects and nonconformity to occur more than once. This has major impact on our EBIT.

Department description

Assurance is the key activity of the Corporate QHSE department. The department sets the system that assures requirements are met for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment. Delivering our solutions according Customer's requirements and expectations, while securing the safety and wellbeing of our people, and having a positive impact on our environment. Corporate QHSE sets the standard for our whole organisation according applicable legislation, by providing processes, tools and training to effectively reach our QHSE objectives. The department exists out of an HSE and Quality team, who are supported by the VOICE QHSE team and closely collaborating with the QHSE teams in the customer domains and enabling functions such as Technology and Supply. The team drives cross-functional collaboration to effectively execute the work standard, and continuously improve with a structured Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle.

Tasks/responsibilities

  • Perform an as-is analysis of sub-systems.
  • Explain the rationale behind why these elements work well within their respective functions.
  • Develop system integration for one example within Vanderlande’s management system.
  • Provide advice on how to proceed with global integration.

Your profile

  • Strong communication in English (written & verbal).
  • Knows their way around systems and tooling.
  • *Mandatory enrolment to a Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands.
