About the role

The Ratings & Reviews Manager will facilitate the planning, execution, and optimization of global and market-specific R&R activities. This role ensures the effective management of sampling programs, activation planning, and collaboration across teams to achieve R&R Commerce KPIs. The R&R Manager will work closely with markets, supply chain, and marketing teams to align efforts with business priorities and improve consumer ratings and reviews visibility.

The impact you’ll make

  1. Planning and Performance:

    • Facilitate R&R process globally and cross-functionally.
    • Align focus lists of products (e.g., HERO SKUs, priority NPIs) for R&R campaigns, ensuring alignment with business units (BUs) and market needs.
    • Facilitate R&R activation plan, refining product lists based on global business priorities and local relevance.
    • Manage R&R community with their inquiries and information feeds.
    • Facilitate with supply chain and finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting for airfreight, sampling allowances, and other operational costs.
  2. Sampling and Activation Coordination:

    • Oversee the sampling process, ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and activation of R&R samples across markets.
    • Facilitate early sample arrivals for essential NPIs to ensure readiness for market launches.
    • Launch scalable cost-effective solutions to generate reviews.
  3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

    • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for R&R processes, supporting market champions, BU teams, and local marketing managers.
    • Collaborate with market R&R champions to optimize activation lists, ensure syndication opportunities, family grouping and align on campaign priorities.
  4. Reporting and Optimization:

    • Monitor and report R&R performance to stakeholders monthly.
    • Maintain accurate data for R&R Commerce KPIs, including tracking activation efforts and providing regular updates.
    • Continuously optimize R&R processes, refining product focus lists and activation plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  1. Process Ownership:

    • Define and enforce the "gates" in the R&R activation workflow, including business essentials, locally relevant refinements, and effectiveness optimizations.
    • Ensure adherence to deadlines for sample orders, focus list finalization, and activation plan handovers.
    • Maintain the integrity of the R&R SAC dashboard by uploading finalized focus lists and monitoring progress.
  • Cultivate and co-manage the Ratings & Reviews Community, consisting of hundreds of internal users worldwide. Conduct training sessions and onboarding programs to ensure users maximize the tool's potential and drive adoption.
  • Innovate and improve R&R metrics and data dashboards for effective data consumption in service to VoC Insights managers and rest of organization.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, Data science, Computing Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce with deep knowledge about Ratings and Reviews programs.
  • Experience working with multiple internal and external partners.
  • Data and Analytics savviness.
