How do you make our customers happy?

By enabling 900+ engineers to confidently deliver hundreds of production changes each day. You’ll help transform how we build, deploy, and monitor our systems—creating a technical foundation that inspires engineers to excel. And when engineers can truly focus on solving business problems, 13.5 million customers and 47,000 partners win through faster innovation and more reliable experiences.

The biggest challenge

Balancing engineering excellence with meeting business demands in an ever-evolving setting. Success calls for building platforms that empower and accelerate tech innovation while ensuring reliability and compliance at scale. You’ll need to translate technical concepts into a satisfying engineering experience as you navigate stringent privacy regulations and complex cost-benefit considerations. How do you create systems that scale with our growth while striking the right balance between standardization and flexibility?

What you'll do as Senior Product Manager, CI/CD and Observability

As a key member of our Platform Engineering department, you’ll lead the evolution of the CI/CD and Observability platforms that serve as the foundation for our engineering efforts. Working with engineering leaders, product teams, and security specialists, you’ll shape how 900+ developers build, deploy, and monitor mission-critical systems. Not by imposing strict mandates but by enticing engineers with compelling tools they are eager to adopt.

You’ll own the complete product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and iteration. You don’t just maintain systems; you proactively identify opportunities to streamline development workflows, enhance monitoring capabilities, and increase engineering efficiency. You’ll collect data on platform usage, spot friction points, and translate insights into improvements that accelerate our ability to deliver value. Your success will be measured by platform adoption, deployment velocity, and system reliability. You’ll need to leverage your technical expertise and build consensus across stakeholders. By championing automation, reliability, and observability, you empower hundreds of developers to build and ship with confidence and velocity.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a compelling product vision and strategy for our CI/CD and Observability platforms
  • Lead discovery initiatives, thoroughly understand requirements/workflows, and make data-driven decisions
  • Own the product roadmap and set clear priorities that align with broader organizational goals
  • Drive adoption of platform capabilities through effective feature design, documentation, and promotion
  • Partner with engineering leaders to establish platform effectiveness metrics
  • Engage with developers to analyze pain points and identify high-impact improvement

Why you can make a difference

Because you combine product leadership expertise with technical acumen and a passion for elevating the developer experience. With 5+ years of product management experience, you’ve demonstrated success in driving the adoption of complex technical platforms. You can build alignment across diverse stakeholders and know when to establish guardrails and when to empower teams with more autonomy.

Thanks to your understanding of CI/CD practices and observability concepts, you can effortlessly discuss details with engineers. You’re both a ‘deep thinker’ and a hands-on leader who rolls up their sleeves to solve problems. And while you’re data-driven, you recognize that not everything can be measured perfectly on day one. You’re committed to continuous learning, constantly seeking new perspectives to inform your decisions.

  • - Rigidity rules your waves You crave carved-in-stone roadmaps, minimal collaboration, low visibility, and a predictable environment with well-established processes.
  • - Tech talk tics APIs, pipelines, observability dashboards—if those terms make you twitchy, this role might feel like a series of uphill battles.
  • - People aren't your thing If you'd rather work solo than bring people together, this might not be your happy place.
  • + Impact machine You're excited by the idea of shaping the development experience for 900+ engineers and influencing products used by millions.
  • + Future-facing tech-fan From next-gen CI/CD to cutting-edge observability, this role offers the chance to drive platform innovation at scale. If you're passionate about DevSecOps, platform engineering, and SRE, you'll find endless growth opportunities.
  • + True teamplayer Our team values excellence, shared learning, and empowering developers. If you thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environments, you'll feel right at home.
