In this versatile role, you are the lynchpin in the cooperation with our partners and support important marketing activities. You will be the first point of contact for partners, help them overcome challenges and ensure that all communication and processes run smoothly. You work closely with different teams such as sales, marketing, product management and operations. You optimize the partner experience by streamlining processes, communicating product changes and organizing partner events. In addition, you qualify leads and work together on various content and digital nurturing campaigns in order to bind partners to Nedap for the long term.
Your home base will be Nedap Readers' Partner Experience Team, working closely with sales, marketing and colleagues around the world. The team focuses on supporting our partners and improving their experience with our products. The goal is to retain proud customers, ensure streamlined and scalable processes and provide optimal information delivery.

You have a completed HBO education and at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the field of Customer Success and are available for 32 to 38 hours.
Communicative skills: You are able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, both internally and externally. Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages. Command of other languages is a plus;
Result-oriented: You are able to optimize the customer journey and proactively resolve any bottlenecks;
Commercial acumen: You have a commercial mindset, a good understanding of sales processes and the ability to identify and develop commercial opportunities together with marketing and sales;
Project management skills: You have experience in working on a project basis and keeping an overview of various initiatives such as organizing partner events;
Collaboration: You are able to share knowledge with various disciplines with the goal of continuously improving and optimizing processes and results;
Analytical: You are able to conduct customer satisfaction surveys and propose concrete improvement actions based on this data;
Tech-minded: You are comfortable with researching and implementing AI tools and other technologies to improve partner processes and implement new solutions.
