About the Job

In this internship, you will be part of the SNU Global S&OP Performance team, within our Specialized Nutrition business/category. Our purpose is to deliver operational excellence within our global end-to-end Supply Chain network, through continuous optimization of leading KPIs, powered by accurate data reporting and digital tools. During this internship, you will collaborate with business units and factories around the world and coordinate/support on KPI reporting and performance improvement initiatives. Your main responsibilities include:

• Running weekly and monthly KPI reporting to ensure high quality data available on time;
• Performing root-cause analysis aiming at detecting underperformance and opportunities for improvement in collaboration with Sales Units and factories;
• Supporting the team with performance animation and presentation for different forums;
• Supporting or leading improvement projects related to reporting and/or performance management.

Sobre ti

As a Global Sales & Operations Planning Performance intern, strong data management skills and an analytical mindset will be second nature to you. You can utilize Power BI and relevant tools to provide efficient and accurate reporting and have an engineering or business background. On top of that? You’re a fast learner, team player, have positive energy and ability to prioritize to always meet deadlines. You are not afraid to challenge situations and bring your own ideas forward in order to act proactively in a fast-paced environment. Your strong communication skills enable you to have clear and effective communication with stakeholders.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Master student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
• Ideally available to start in July 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - oral and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week;
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.
