Due to our continuous growth, Crayon Netherlands is looking to appoint our new Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for software procurement and bringing value to our customers through excellent sales support. Your work will focus on increasing the value of software and related services through our customers' effective use, registration, quotation, and purchasing processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute sales operational and administrative daily functions and processes within our local and regional teams
  • Provide support to our sales teams in managing new business, renewals, anniversary, and midterm order administration, ensuring accurate information into our CRM system
  • Manage the purchase process, negotiating with suppliers, vendors, and partners to optimize purchases
  • Support customers throughout their entire life cycle including contracts, agreement setups, post-sales licensing, and portals
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Sales Operations are met, including guaranteeing accuracy and meeting time frames

Your Competencies

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a Sales Operations and/or Support environment
  • Good experience with Microsoft platforms and tool processes
