THE POSITION

We are looking for a highly motivated Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist to join our growing C&B team. As our organization expands, we recognize the crucial role that compensation and benefits play in attracting, retaining, and rewarding top talent. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, enhancing, and implementing compensation & benefits packages across multiple countries, while also further developing our job framework. The responsibilities of the C&B team extend globally, overseeing employment conditions for our diverse workforce across multiple countries and entities. This task involves navigating a multitude of laws and regulations, complex payrolls, and a culturally diverse employee base. Our C&B Specialists must consider all of these aspects while drafting and revising policies, as well as providing advice on employee benefits and our job framework. It's a dynamic position that involves frequent interaction with numerous stakeholders within the organization.

The reason for this job opening is to enhance and professionalize our international HR landscape and infrastructure as part of our 2030 HR strategy. As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you will be involved in a range of international projects related to compensation and benefits and career framework.

YOUR IMPACT

In collaboration with your Compensation & Benefits colleagues, you will play an active role in modernizing, enhancing, and implementing compensation and benefits packages, policies, procedures, and the job framework across the countries where we operate. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain and further develop the company’s job architecture and job framework.
  • Providing guidance on job leveling, titling, and internal equity to support fair and competitive compensation decisions.
  • Coordinate the job evaluation process across the organization.
  • Analyzing compensation and benefits packages to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the alignment of job evaluations with compensation benchmarking and grading structures.
  • Implementing policy changes in response to evolving legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Partnering with global HR teams to develop and execute C&B strategies that align with company goals and values.
  • Conducting market research to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive and attractive.
  • Offering expert advice to HR business partners on a wide range of C&B topics.
  • Supporting the development and rollout of HRIS systems related to compensation and benefits.

YOUR WORKPLACE

As a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Specialist, you will join our global HR team that comprises more than 100 HR professionals with diverse specialties. Within the HR team, the C&B sub-department consists of 18 C&B Specialists, each having a specific focus area. Our aim is to strengthen the C&B department, and we believe that you can contribute to our team's growth.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, along with in-depth knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and relevant experience in an international C&B environment.

You are also accurate, naturally curious, enthusiastic, and able to work within a team as well as independently. Proficiency in the English language, both orally and in writing, is a must.
