Your Role
In the new role of Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and professionalizing our total rewards strategy. In this mid-senior level role, you'll lead foundational initiatives like job architecture, salary benchmarking, and compliant reward policies – supporting transparency, equity, and competitiveness across all functions and countries. Your work will not only drive internal consistency and compliance but also play a key role in reinforcing Hunkemöller’s employer brand by aligning our compensation philosophy with what today’s talent values. You’ll partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership to align rewards with our strategic goals and prepare Hunkemöller for the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive.
This is the first dedicated role within our growing C&B function and offers an exciting opportunity to leave your mark on a core strategic area. You will report directly to the CHRO.

- You’ll create and maintain a job architecture framework that supports career growth and organizational clarity.
- You’ll act as a sparring partner for HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leadership on pay-related matters.
- You’ll leverage HRIS and analytics to drive data-informed decisions.
