About TenneT

TenneT is a leading European Transmission System Operator (TSO) committed to a safe and reliable electricity supply, 24/7. We drive the energy transition with the goal of a sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy future. As the first cross-border TSO, we design, build, maintain, and operate over 25,000 kilometers of high-voltage connections in the Netherlands and large parts of Germany, facilitating the European energy market through 17 interconnectors with our neighboring countries. With a revenue of 9.2 billion euros and a total asset value of 45 billion euros, we are one of the largest investors in national and international electricity grids, both onshore and offshore. Every day, our more than 8,300 employees work to meet the needs of society by showing ownership, courage, and connection. Together, we ensure that more than 43 million end users can rely on a stable electricity supply.

Role Overview

As Project Lead of the Program Office within Large Projects Offshore Netherlands, you play a pivotal role in enabling effective governance and decision-making across complex infrastructure programs. • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring performance management and quality assurance standards are monitored, benchmarked, maintained, and continuously improved.
  • Coordinate all topics assigned by the agreement or the Partnership Board with the responsible individuals and related projects, including meeting preparation and follow-up.
  • Facilitate agenda setting, align with internal teams and external partners on strategic priorities, and present agenda items in meetings when required.
  • Oversee the execution of Partnership Board decisions, monitor progress, ensure timely and high-quality reporting, and address potential issues across stakeholders.
