Join Action as a Business Developer to strengthen our Strategy and Business Development team and play an important role in supporting the overall growth and improvement in our company.
You will lead and be actively involved in a team of five analysts who focus on customer insights. You and your team will analyse all the data we collect from our stores, online channels and UX research tools and provide valuable insights. Your work will help to optimise everything from marketing communications and our channels to product development, improving ROPO performance and shaping our relatively new e-commerce initiatives.
By taking an agile approach to your work in a sustainable, yet highly commercial and fast-growing company, you will continue to strengthen your team. Your role as a Customer Insights Lead will involve coaching your team and helping them to expand their skills, recruiting new staff, budgeting, and investing in tools.
You will also translate the department's digital objectives into targets and actions based on customer insights. In addition, you will advise marketing teams across Europe on the required mix of marketing communications based on your insights. As data is a relatively new domain in Action's digital transformation, you will play a leading role in inspiring and convincing colleagues of the added value of customer insights in their decision-making process.

In Marketing and Digital, we are responsible for the marketing and communication strategy and its execution. You enjoy working closely with colleagues to optimise our marcom initiatives, online channels and product development.
