You will be part of the Human Resources team at one of our global offices located in Hoofddorp (NL). As the HR Intern, you will work with the Global HR team for our Specialized Nutrition Unit (SNu). During your internship, you will be supervised by one of our HR Business Partners. Your mission is to learn about and support in the HR projects and activities for the Global team.

So, what will be your main tasks?

• Supporting on analysis of results from the employee engagement and satisfaction survey, including pre-survey preparations. As well as assisting in the finalization of action plans derived from the previous survey results.
• Learn & contribute, and track data for our Talent processes (from Performance and Potential Review, Succession Planning, etc) for both our HQ office and Global SNu Community.
• Assist on any HR Cycle related activities.
• Talent management of SNu intern population.
• Support on all HR Projects (ad-hoc and continuous) for the function.
• Support with the development and monitoring of HR Tracking Dashboards for the function.

A propos de vous

• You are a Bachelor/Master student currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or any other related field. You are pro-active, enthusiastic and not afraid of a challenge.
• You are comfortable working in an international environment and can work both independently and in a team.
• You are a self-starter who's not afraid to bring your own ideas.
• You have excellent communications skills and like to be in contact with many stakeholders.
• You are a data-driven person who has great Excel and PowerPoint/Canva skills (knowledge of Power BI is a plus).

As a HRBP - Specialized Nutrition intern, transforming data into actionable insights will be second nature to you. You can handle multiple tasks and have excellent organizational skills. On top of that? You’re a people person who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• Ideally available to start in July/August 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written.
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week.
