Human Resources Internship: HR Business Partner & Learning

In this internship, you will be part of the vibrant HR team, within our Research & Innovation (R&I) Centre. Our purpose is to create a supportive and dynamic work environment by driving employee development, engagement, and strategic HR initiatives. During this internship, you will collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders and support on all HR related initiatives.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Support the HR Business Partners within the HR Utrecht team through various HR projects (for example our Beehive change program) and HR cycle (for example Talent Review process), data analysis with our HR dashboard and much more.
• Co-building the Science Learning Academy (through online content, e-learnings and content trainings) for the Global Medical & Nutritional Science (MNS) pillar within R&I.

So, what will you do in practice?

• Support our HR Business Partners:

• Support & Learn different parts of the HR Cycle (Talent Review, performance calibration (ASR, STI etc.))
• Support on upcoming projects/ad hoc activities with different members of the HR team

• Co-building the creation of the learning academy for MNS from concept to realization

• Understanding the business need through discussion with business stakeholders
• Conceptualizing the structure and approach (from online content articles/documentation, to masterclasses, to e-learning modules)
• Content creation with various experts across the globe
• Realization of the MNS Academy and driving promotion/engagement internally

• Drive education initiatives for medical & scientific affairs across the globe
• Co-lead the management of the R&I intern community around engagement (together with centralized Campus team)

Sobre ti

• You are currently enrolled as a Bachelor/Master student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• You have a high passion for the field of Human Resources
• You are an excellent communicator and like being in touch with multiple stakeholders
• You are able to work autonomously but are able to be a valuable member of a team
• You are curious and not afraid of a challenge
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office (PowerPoint, Excel)

You are a proactive people person who's always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• Ideally available to start in August/September for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Utrecht office, at least 2-3 days per week.
