Duties and Responsibilities

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our International Recruitment and Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll support hiring activities across the Nordics and Benelux, while also collaborating on global talent initiatives that help shape the future of our teams worldwide.

As the Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

  • Proactively resource candidates via LinkedIn
  • Post job adverts
  • Use the internal ATS to manage applications and collate documentation
  • Organize interviews
  • Liaise with and update hiring managers on recruitment process
  • Take interview notes and minutes for meetings
  • Manage the candidate experience and ensure they are updated at all points of the interview process
  • Prepare monthly reports on ongoing recruitment activities
  • Attend recruitment fairs, symposiums, and other events
  • Assist with general recruitment administration

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Be an articulate and passionate person with the drive to develop a career in recruitment
  • Be service-oriented and provide a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Have previous experience within an Administration and Customer Service based role
  • Have experience working to deadlines in a KPI driven role
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Have strong written and verbal English and Dutch communication skills
  • Have excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Have strong attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Degree in a related field would be beneficial
  • Basic knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • HR administration experience would be considered a plus
