We have a beautiful office in the center of Amsterdam and while we foster getting together to exchange ideas and energy, we are a remote-friendly company. What this role looks like

You’ll manage the full recruitment process and be the face of our company when attracting top talent across departments like Sales, CS and Engineering. You thrive on connecting with people, whether through job boards, social platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, or direct outreach, and act as the key link between hiring teams and future colleagues.

You will be part of the People team, reporting directly to our Team Lead of Talent Acquisition. Please note: our Team Lead will be on maternity leave starting in October. During her leave, you will report directly to the Chief People Officer.

Your key responsibilities

• You own the full recruitment cycle: from writing compelling job postings to delivering job offers, while keeping every stakeholder informed and engaged.
• You ensure timely, clear, and candidate-focused communication with both applicants and hiring teams.
• You're not into “post and pray”, you proactively source candidates using smart outreach and engagement strategies, supported by AI tools.
• You collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements, ensuring we attract the right fit from the start.
• You are creative and hands-on, and unafraid to test new approaches, perfectly suited to source and attract the best talent.
• You love to experiment with tools and techniques, especially where AI can automate repetitive tasks like scheduling, resume screening, or outreach.
• You bring ideas to life and support our employer brand together with our Marketing team with content and campaigns that reflect who we are.

Job requirements

What you will bring to the team

• Experience: 1-2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-growing, international setting.
• Proven ability to recruit for either commercial (sales, customer service) or technical roles (e.g. software engineering).
• You're a strong communicator in English and Dutch (native) and can confidently partner with stakeholders at all levels.
• You take initiative and drive the recruitment process from A to Z.
• You're adaptable, hands-on and quick to adjust when priorities shift.
• You identify as resourceful, organized, empathetic, proactive, and a natural leader.
• You’re comfortable with metrics and continuously seek ways to improve recruitment efficiency and quality through data.
