Job Purpose

Looking for a dynamic and exciting new role as a Customer Service Representative? Look no further, as a part of our team, you will be responsible for providing our customers with the highest level of service. From order processing to complaint registration, you'll be the go-to person for all their needs. We are looking for someone who is quick on their feet, able to adapt to changing situations, and who enjoys working independently while still being a team player. With the opportunity to build strong relationships with both customers and our sales team, this position promises to be challenging and rewarding.

Responsibilities

Here are some of your future responsibilities as part of our team:

  • Manage order receipts efficiently, prioritizing timely order processing and good customer interactions and relationships with direct customer and third party supplier.
  • Supports the order to cash process with excellence in order processing.
  • Register and process customer orders in the ERP system received via, e-ordering platform, electronic mail, phone or through other contact with the customer.
  • Ensures order processing is handled correct and in full. Raises issues in delivery and/or invoices process with Supervisor.
  • Actively communicate with customers on changes and daily operation as well as acts as first level contact with customer for answers to questions.
  • Be the contact point to customers for resolving complaints; recording of complaints in the system or their forwarding and participation in the definition and implementation of corrective measures.
  • Obtains adequate customer and product knowledge to find solutions for customer needs (e.g. additional and/or alternative products).
  • Make proposals for improvements on work processes.
  • Completes registering / filing / archiving of customer service-related documentation.
  • Assure cooperation not only with customers but also with the Backoffice team, sales team and logistics.
  • Coordination of on-time delivery with the responsible logistics departments and service providers in compliance with customer specifications.
  • Other customer or individual activities can be expected based on business needs/requirements.
  • Adheres to all applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regard to personal.

Requirements

Knowledge and work experience: Experience B2B industry environment, or even non-B2B sector and 3+ years of work experience in customer services.
Skills: Customer service orientation, stakeholder management, communication and presentation, flexible and able to handle time pressure, manage complex/large scale customers, commercial and business acumen, solution minded, a real team player and proficiency in the use of ERP systems
Language: English fluent or native speaker, other languages are welcomed
