Make an Impact in the Heart of Our Supply Chain!

Join Mars as Key User & Analytics Customer Service

Are you passionate about systems, data, and driving continuous improvement? Do you thrive on supporting teams and making processes smarter and more efficient? At Mars, we're looking for a Key User & Analytics Customer Service expert to be the driving force behind our Order to Cash (OTC) process across the Benelux/ITR Supply Chain cluster.

In this key role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Logistics Customer Collaboration Team, acting as the go-to expert for systems support, process optimization, and digital innovation. If you’re ready to turn insights into action and elevate customer satisfaction, this role is for you.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Support & Collaboration:

  • Be the first point of contact for system-related questions and troubleshooting within the OTC process.
  • Partner with our Digital Transformation team to solve system bugs and unlock smarter solutions.
  • Deliver tailored training and build capabilities within the Logistics Customer Collaboration Team.

Business Process Owner and Insights:

  • Own and continuously improve the OTC process for the Benelux/ITR region.
  • Provide actionable reports and supply chain KPI insights to support data-driven decisions.

Process Improvement & Digitalization:

  • Lead and manage Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Champion touchless order processing through EDI and ESKER implementation – from creation to testing and rollout.
  • Support new routes to market (e.g. Direct-to-Consumer, Vendor Managed Inventory) and adapt systems accordingly.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in Sales, Supply Chain, or Digital Transformation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SAP is essential; experience with Power BI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and advanced Excel is highly desirable.
  • You’re a strong communicator (verbal & written), fluent in English and Dutch (French is a bonus!).
  • You love supporting others, training teams, and thinking critically to solve problems.

What can you expect from Mars?

  • Be part of a diverse and collaborative global team, guided by our Five Principles.
  • A company where your ideas and improvements truly matter – and get implemented.
  • Access to best-in-class training through our in-house Mars University.
  • A hybrid work model with flexibility (2 days/week on-site average).
  • A competitive salary & bonus package and a purpose-driven work environment.
